“Your prayers are helping me go on living and taking care of my daughter,” said Dmitry, from Russia. “It has been 40 days since my wife died.” Dmitry wrote to FEBC-Russia’s spiritual support chat just after his wife died. “She was so young. I’m completely lost.” Our prayer prayer evangelists opened the Bible with Dmitry and they read through Psalm 23 together. “I feel like I’m going through that valley myself right now,” said Dmitry. “Thank you for praying for me. I can feel God giving me the strength to go on.” Please pray for God’s strength for Dmitry and his daughter, and for our prayer evangelists, who deal with many difficult situations.

Ukraine has been facing heavy battering across the country. The future of several parts of Ukraine are unclear as the frontlines keep moving. Please pray for the people across the country who are under threat and fear of death or conquering. We receive many responses from listeners saying how important FEBC’s programs are in this time, as we read scripture and pray with our listeners.

Please pray for FEBC-Kyrgyzstan’s Bible programs that are sharing the truths of the Word of God with Muslims, often for the first time. Please pray for wisdom and boldness for our hosts and the Bible experts who come on the program to explain the Scriptures. And for the Lord to touch the hearts of our listeners with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Please pray for FEBC-Moldova’s children’s program where kids learn Bible stories with the children in the videos. Many children are reading the Bible with us, and some write to us. Like Varya, who watches every video and writes what she learned, what surprised her, and asks questions about the Bible. The Lord is using these programs to introduce many children to Himself.

Please pray for Maria, who is part of one of FEBC-Russia’s projects for young people. “In my programs, I often play the guitar and sing Christian songs. We recently held a “house party” for non-Christian young people where we played live Christian music, talked about God, and invited them to church. Roma started visiting our studio after the meeting and will be coming to church this Sunday. Nastya was very interested in reading the Bible, and I gave her a copy of the Gospel of John. Please pray for our programs and these youth meetings to reach many more young Russians with the Good News!”

Please pray for FEBC-Ukraine’s equipment needs. We are no longer able to continue repairing this equipment, and need to purchase some new pieces. Please pray for us as we seek funding for this need.

Domestic violence is a major issue in Kyrgyzstan, where women are beaten, shamed, and even killed within their families. One problem is that most people are not aware of the laws the government passed to protect women. We talk about this in our programs, inviting experts, lawyers, law enforcement agencies to talk about the laws. And we speak and pray with many listeners who are experiencing this issue, and many are turning to the Lord.

Please pray for a new children’s project in Russia, where we are creating engaging Christian songs and music videos. We are seeing good results already, as even non-Christian parents in Russia are open to showing their children these songs. Many are being exposed to the Gospel through these programs. Please pray for this project to reach many more.

Please pray for Daniil and Peter, who are hosting FEBC-Moldova’s Youth Bible program. This program has quickly reached a large group of young people, surprised by finding a Bible program made for young people. Please pray for them as they develop this project, for God to give them strength and new ideas. Many young people write to us, asking about the project and asking questions about God.

Please pray for FEBC-Russia’s program for people in prisons and about how to be faithful in prison conditions. Natalia Pronina, the creator and host of the project, is constantly in negotiations with prisons so that they can show her programs there. Under new Russian laws, this is not easy, so we pray fervently ourselves and ask you to pray that we be allowed to broadcast these programs in prisons again. There is a strong push against evangelical Christians in Russia right now, so you prayers are desperately needed.

Abdulloh, from Uzbekistan, writes, “I used to laugh at believers. I considered all of this religion stuff to be fairy tales and chose to live for my own pleasure. But after someone very close to me died, something inside me flipped. Can God really accept me after being against Him for so many years?” FEBC’s broadcasters told Abdulloh the parable of the prodigal son, how the father joyfully accepted the son who left, but returned. God was always waiting for him. Please pray for Abdulloh as he begins his journey with the Lord.

Is there anywhere I can learn more about Jesus?” This was how a young man named Nauryz responded to FEBC-Kazakhstan’s Youth Program. Nauryz was looking for a mentor who could help him “find the way to God.” Please pray for him as he is on his journey towards the Lord.

“I had to contact you,” said Aiman, a woman from Kazakhstan, “after I watched the testimony of one of your sisters, Balii. She said that she was once a sinner, with no meaning in her life. But God absolutely transformed her life. This touched my heart, and I had to write to you.” FEBC-Kazakhstan’s hosts connected Aiman with a local church where they can tell her more about Jesus. Please pray for Aiman to find the Truth and put her faith in Jesus.

Please pray for Alexander, who is helping lead FEBC-Russia’s Bible program. He is facing health problems, and we are asking you to pray for his healing. Many lives are being touched and changed by this program. A regular listener, Irina, writes, “I was so different before you led me to Christ. I used to hold onto my anger towards others. I couldn’t understand how others could forgive those who had hurt them. They needed to be punished. But after realizing how God loves me, how He forgave me, I am learning to forgive others!”

Please pray for FEBC’s new ministry in Uzbekistan, a Muslim country that has only begun to have some religious freedom. Many of the people who respond to our videos are very upset—arguing, insulting, and even threatening the hosts. Please pray for spiritual strength for the hosts, as this is very difficult work. But in spite of the aggression of many of the viewers, many are also responding with honest questions about Jesus and the Gospel. We are seeing amazing results. Please pray for the team that is ministering in this difficult environment.

I love interacting with my viewers online, and want to do so in person as well.” Please pray for Christina as her vlog continues to grow.

Ramziza, from Uzbekistan, has been searching for God and the meaning of life for a long time. She wrote to our team in Uzbekistan, talking about her doubts about the Koran. “I see the truths from the Bible that you share, but when I read the Koran, it is so different. Why? I can feel the truth in what you say about God, but everyone around me is against Christianity. I don’t know what to do.” Please pray for Ramziza as she searches for God. Our team in Uzbekistan talks with her every day online, and they will be meeting to talk in person soon. Please pray for these conversations to produce fruit.

One day, Bauyrzhan, from Kazakhstan, tuned in to a program where he heard something shocking, ‘through Jesus you will find freedom, salvation and the way to heaven.’ “I had to find out what they meant by this,” said Bauyrzhan. “So I wrote to the host. To my surprise, we met later that day. He told me about Jesus, about salvation, and right there, as we sat together, I accepted Jesus Christ. This was the greatest day of my life!” Please pray for Bauyrzhan as he grows in his relationship with Christ. In Kazakhstan, this step often comes with a great deal of pressure from society and family to turn away from Christ.

“Please, save my husband from binge drinking! He won’t go to the hospital, he’s been drinking every day for two weeks. Is there any way you can help me?” Katerina wrote to one of FEBC-Russia’s program hosts. We helped connect Katerina with a woman from a local church who dealt with alcohol addiction herself and was now free. “I can’t believe it…there’s actually hope!” said Katerina. She and her husband are now planning on coming to church. Please pray for listeners who are struggling with addiction and are finding freedom in Christ.

Tomiris (left) came to one of FEBC-Kazakhstan’s listener meetings a little worried about what a Christian meeting would look like. She didn’t believe in God, thinking that God couldn’t exist if there was so much evil in the world. “I was surprised by how kind everyone was,” Tomiris said. “Nobody was pushy, they were just open about what they believed. I heard several people talk about having a “relationship” with God. This really caught my attention. My heart responded.” Tomiris started looking into Christianity further, and soon she gave her life to Christ. Please pray for Tomiris as she begins her walk with Christ.

Please pray for FEBC-Russia’s program promoting adoption and supporting parents who adopt children. One mother, Lyudmila, was struggling after adopting a child with health problems. “I was listening to your program, and you brought on another foster mother who took in a child with serious issues. As I listened to what she said, it was like she was speaking directly with me. Without your program, without your prayers, I do not think I could have coped.

Please pray for FEBC-Moldova’s partnership with an organization working in Moldova to hand out hundreds of Bibles to Moldovans. This will allow us to give Bibles to our listeners who are needy or young and need help. Please pray for the Lord to bless this mission and bring the right people to us.

We just started a new project for young people in Kazakhstan. There is very little Christian content in the Kazakh language talking about Jesus. Please pray for us as we talk about Jesus, the Bible, and faith in way that will reach young people’s hearts.
