“When I received the news, my world ended—my husband had been killed. I remember looking at my six-year-old daughter, realizing she had no father now, and I couldn’t breathe.
I found FEBC online soon after. A friend sent me a link. For the first time, I heard people who seemed to understand my pain without simply crying with me. Your hosts talked about surviving, about purpose, about investing in your children, about finding an anchor.
And for the first time, I heard about Christ in a way that felt real.
Today, I am a believer. My church family supports me and helps me serve others. I don’t just survive anymore. Every morning, I praise God for His grace.”
