FEBC built its first station in Ukraine here—and here our volunteers were martyred in 2014. Today, we are needed more than ever.
“I don’t know what you Christians have inside of you,” said a woman in Sloviansk who witnessed FEBC’s volunteers being tortured. “Their bones were being broken, and they were singing your Christian songs.”
Today, the twin cities of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk are bombed relentlessly.
The front line is just seven miles away. Recently, a rocket struck the radio tower, destroying the cables that carry electricity and our signal to the transmitter.
Because of your generosity, we replaced them. Our courageous team climbed the tower and installed the new cables despite the danger.
We are on the air again.

These are the two largest cities in the Donbas that Russia is fighting to capture. People here are suffering tremendously. Two of our partner churches were recently damaged by bombs, and a third was completely destroyed.
It is here that we are sharing the Good News of Christ.
FEBC is the voice of hope in this devastated region.

Our helpline is overwhelmed with calls and messages from people searching for help, hope, and prayer. Many who did not evacuate are the poorest of the poor. And in the midst of fear and destruction, people are turning to God through the powerful, life-giving voice of FEBC.
Your prayers and generosity keep that voice on the air.
“I now reside in Kyiv, but Sloviansk is my hometown,” says Eduard, FEBC-Ukraine’s director.“Please pray that many people in twin cities will be saved.”
