Emmanuel — Showing Us the Way
I woke up in the middle of the night and looked out the window. A rocket streaked over our apartment building and exploded nearby. Standing there, praying, I didn’t ask God any “Why, Lord?” questions—because I felt Him standing right beside me.
That moment captures the essence of FEBC’s ministry in Ukraine.
We help people experience the truth that God is near. Not just as a message, but as a living reality. We make Bible stories come alive, invite guests who open their hearts, and let Jesus shine through their stories. We answer listeners’ calls, speak with those in the most dangerous places, and share a hope that reaches far beyond fear and destruction.
FEBC is known for being close to the listener. Especially when our listeners suffer greatly.
At Christmas, we proclaim the name foretold by Isaiah and announced by the angel—Emmanuel, God with us.
“I felt like God Himself was right there with me.”
